Fourthwalling: I doubt anyone'd have heard of Celveryia ever so I'd prooobably say no.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Talk whatever you want, I'm pretty chill with most things.

Hugging this character: By all means, hug away. He might even hug back-- or ruffle the character's hair. He is kind of tall.
Kissing this character:If you can reach him Sure thing. Again, he might even do it back. He's pretty cool with things despite having a wife.
Flirting with this character: Flirting is probably one of his favorite pastimes, so flirt away. (How he and his wife both are totally cool with this is anyone's guess)
Fighting with this character: It's difficult to get him in a battle state, but he'll do it if there's no other option- or maybe for shits and giggles depending on who's starting it. He might spend part of the fight just putting his palm on their forehead though.
Injuring this character: Minor injuries are okay (scratches, cuts, bruises) but major injuries I definitely want asked about first.
Killing this character: For the love of all that is good and holy, ask me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Definitely ask, since this is more situational. He sure as hell won't approve of it. Though if he knows about it he might just start making random thoughts to throw them off.
